We are a family of readers, but I noticed that two of our children did not seem to enjoy reading as much as the others. After trying out one volume of Tintin with great reviews, we purchased the whole set last Christmas (yes, this means we have a duplicate, but in our family this doesn’t seem to be an issue) and five months later they are still my children’s steady companions. We have yet to go on a road trip that Tintin has not accompanied us, and my reluctant readers have now also branched out into other books. My younger non reading children have been seen poring over these as well, and I am sure they are even more motivated to learn so that they too can read what Tintin is up to. Thanks so much for carrying these books!

Teaching Textbook Math 3
The BEST math program ANYWHERE!
This is our first year using Teaching Textbooks. We have Teaching Textbooks 3. I was amazed at the simplicity of this program and the CD’s are AWESOME!! My daughter can do her work on the computer (using the included CD’s) and it will automatically grade her work! I think the BEST part about Teaching Textbooks is that if you get stuck on a problem, ANY PROBLEM, they will work you through it step by step via the CD’s. No other math program offers this. If the price tag bothers you, just think, it’s only $9.99/month if you divide the total price by 12. I am sold on this program and will be purchasing the ENTIRE Teaching Textbooks series!! Thank you Teaching Textbooks!

Learning Wrap-Ups Addition
Wrap-Ups Addition (or any of the math sets)
3 of our 4 boys liked them – easy to take anywhere, no loose parts to get lost, quick and simple to use, no pencil and paper required. The odd-man-out? Not a big fan of Wrap-Ups because he’d much rather flip through flash cards or fill out nice and neat drill sheets.

Tell Me About Heaven
My favorite book for grieving children
When my youngest son Christian passed away, I was searching for a book that would be appropriate to read with my two older boys (7 and 9yo at the time). This book fit perfectly!
We read one chapter together every night before bed, even though they begged for more. I am so thankful for Randy Alcorn’s biblical perspective, the beautiful illustrations, and dealing with grief and death in a way that is sensitive to children without sacrificing truth.
I have given this book away many times; not only for children, but for adults as well. It is comforting and points our grief and questions in the right direction- to Jesus!

Signing Time Zoo Train is a wonderful and fun way for kids to learn how to sign. I have 3 and 2 year old who now know the signs to seal, penquin, zebra, lion… It is entertaining and they are learning while having fun. I am now looking into getting other Signing Time videos. My 10 and 8 year old like to watch them also.

I am a mom of 5 children. I have been homeschooling since my oldest started to show interest. We started first with signing words for basic things, before he could even talk. We buy and use many educational items in our home.

My 2nd Grade son LOVES these books (Graphic Novels – Disasters) ! I have nothing negative to say about them. He reads them over and over and tells me fun facts all the time. He might not realize he’s learning, but I do!!

Space Exploration
My kids loved doing the Space Exploration projects. Even though their ages are from 6-11 there was something for all of them. It was very easy for them to read the directions and figure out the projects.

Charlotte Mason Companion
An inspiring vision!
The Charlotte Mason Companion is my favorite homeschooling book ever, not just because it gave me a sense of direction, but because it inspired me with a vision of a happily humming homeschool in which parents and children can truly love learning and have a marvelously well-rounded education. This book was a breath of fresh air to me in a year of extreme stress and depression.

The Big Picture Story Bible
I love this (The Big Picture Story Bible) book! I have a copy for myself whenever young ones are visiting and I need something to read. I have purchased 3 copies and will continue to purchase this book as I need any gifts for a young one. I appreciate the truth in the message from beginning to end. I have also given a copy to a child whose parent I have been evangelizing. The price is good and very well worth it.

This is a great book (My First Book of Mazes) for beginning fine motor skills, holding a pencil/crayon and great price for a consumable. Great for ages 2-4. Can pull it out anywhere to keep kids busy and since the mazes increase in difficulty it makes them even more interesting. Buy the set because they go through them quick!
